Isoelectric point for reference proteomes

Data for individual proteomes are available on individual subpages for given proteome. Use "Browse" or "Search" tab to find them. Query can be filtered by molecular weight and isoelectric points according different algorithms.

Isoelectric point for other datasets

Additionally to the proteomes from model organisms, pI predicted for nr, UniProt and PDB proteins is also available:

Isoelectric point for all nr (non redundant) NCBI proteins (86 millions proteins) April 2016. RepOD.
Isoelectric point for all UniProtKB/TrEMBL proteins (63 millions proteins) April 2016 RepOD.
Isoelectric point for PDB proteins (~339,000proteins) Dec 2015. RepOD.
